After verifying the dates of your hunt by contacting Doug, please send us the following:

• Completed hunting registration form for each hunter
• Signed Release of Liability form for each hunter
• Deposit equaling one-half of your total hunting package amount

If staying in the house please also include the following:

• Completed vacation rental registration form for the group
• $200 security deposit

The dates of your hunt will not be reserved until your deposit and the required documents are received.
